9. Support

To contact Novasend support, click on Support in the sidebar.

You will see the 3 available support channels:

Option 1: Intercom

To use support via Intercom:

1. Click on Intercom
2. Click on the Support button at the bottom right of the page

3. The Intercom chat will open and you can send your messages directly

Option 2: WhatsApp

To contact support via WhatsApp:

1. Click on WhatsApp
2. Click on the following button:

3. A page will open directly with the Novasend support WhatsApp contact
4. You can send your messages via WhatsApp

Option 3: Telegram

To contact support via Telegram:

1. Click on Telegram
